Description

In this episode you’ll learn how to differentiate between anxiety of the completely normal human variety, compared with anxiety that may be part of an ongoing condition. You’ll also learn how anxiety impacts how we feel, what we think, and what we do – and importantly, why certain signs and symptoms anxiety are part of the brain and body’s response in anticipation of a threat. When we understand anxiety well, we’re in a better position to identify it when it starts to bubble up, and put into practice strategies that help dial it back down.
