Description

We all have an inner wisdom, an inner voice. It’s what I call our true, authentic self. But most of us have buried deep inside of us and forgotten how to speak it’s language. Today we begin to get in touch with this inner wisdom, though years of pushing it aside won’t be undone in a day. We start with a meditation that will help us locate that voice. Then leaning on it a little, we begin to use that inner wisdom to understand the harmony of our own personal wheel of wellness – harmony between your physical, mental, emotional, and social wellbeing. Once we start to see what that harmony might be for you we can use small, intentional steps to accomplish it. And a quick reminder, none of us are perfect, most especially myself. Have fun picking up on my super deep thought about what it means to grant yourself value! Enjoy a laugh on me!
