*cough, cough. No seriously! I've been super sick this week so not only is my voice stuffy so is my brain. Please forgive all the rough edits in this episode. This is me having self-compassion and acknowledging that while this is not the most polished podcast ever, it's my best offering right now and I offer it out to you. That's what self-compassion is all about. It removes the need to be perfect. It removes the fear of the judgement of others.
