Description

Ella Williams has been making heartfelt indie music as Squirrel Flower for over a decade, and we have recently been blessed with her sixthfull-length album, Say A Prayer to the Gods of Getting Going, released on Polyvinyl in August 2026. Pitchfork, in reviewing the album, said that Ella proves herself as “one of indie rock’s greatest travel writers,” and Paste Magazine said the album “never stays in one place for long” and dips into an array of styles including shoegaze, 80s slow jams, and ramshackle rock anthems. Squirrel Flower is on tour now with a full band in support of the new album, so make sure to check them out wherever you can!
