Let's talk about dependence and codependence, how it comes to be, and how to move beyond it to embrace and align with healthy energy exchanges through interdependency.
I share some of my experiences of being the "giver" in codependent energy exchanges. With much growth and awareness, I prefer interdependent relationships and energy exchanges where parties are dealing with one another because they choose to and not because of the desire to fulfill a need that is often a result of unmet emotional, mental, physical, and even spiritual desires and/or needs.
