John has over two decades of IT leadership at LG&E and Yum! Brands. He has also served in leadership roles with other companies including a mid-size federal contractor and a healthcare tech startup.
John holds a BS degree in Computer Science from EKU and an MBA from Bellarmine. His coaching credentials include certifications in business coaching, executive coaching, Positive Intelligence™, and the Trust Edge Leadership Institute. He is the recipient of the 2022 Campbell Frazier Award for Coaching Excellence and received Master Coach designation in 2023. He also received the ”Entrepreneur of the Year” award in 2024 from the Jeffersontown Chamber.
He serves on the Board of Visitors for Campbellsville University, Louisville Campus. He is active with BNI and several chamber groups and is the leadership development partner for the Jeffersontown Chamber of Commerce.
John has also completed his first book, a story-telling chronicle of some of the most powerful lessons he’s learned in his career.
