This is the link to a worksheet that will help you find those Gremlin messages of not enoughness that you can use in the homework below to transform your outcomes. STOP cheating yourself out of awesomeness today!

HOMEWORK:

Yes, homework! We are all students on this lifelong journey. When you do this you learn to show up, speak up, and play big. You prove to yourself that you are enough. You change your outcomes – LITERALLY change them! And you make better decisions that are in line with what matters to you and who you authentically are.

Do this for 10 minutes each day - 5 minutes in the morning & 5 minutes at night - for 30 days to give your Gremlin the evidence it needs to shut up!

  1. Write the messages of worthiness that feel abundant. You must do one message for each place you feel unworthy. Morning and night read these messages for 5 minutes.
    1. In that same 5 minutes, imagine yourself as the person who IS ENOUGH walking through your day to come or the one you just had.
  2. Make an emotional connection to the image. Feel the warmth as you connect with people. Feel the pride in yourself as you witness how capable you are.
  3. Do a test. Pick the most compelling message and design a doable test where you do the opposite of what you would normally do. Something small.
  4. When you must make a decision, get intentional about reading your messages of worthiness and making an emotional connection BEFORE you make the decision. If you have time, dance it out too! If the decision feels constrictive, lean into the resistance - what is it telling you! If it feels expansive, but too far outside your comfort zone, how can you build a bridge? What is one stepping stone toward the expansive decision that you could take that doesn't feel too far?
