In this episode I share a personal story of a dark point in my horsey life, where my confidence was at an all time low, I was completely stuck in my own head, looping on limiting beliefs, and as a result, I could not stop falling off - and very nearly gave up horses altogether.
I share this, to help show the power of the mind, the importance of finding the right coach/instructor, and that just because you don't fit in, does not mean you are not good enough...and it certainly does not mean you should give up!
