If you've found yourself in an uncomfortable season - a season that makes you feel a little stretched - there are some questions you can ask yourself to help you figure out how to move forward. Sometimes the hardest part of being in a season when you're feeling stretched is figuring out how to respond. To know whether you're supposed to actually do something, or whether you're just supposed to sit in it and feel the feelings. Is it supposed to mean something or teach you something? Is it the universe's way of trying to warn you about something or direct you in a certain way? Or is it just an opportunity to learn patience and to learn how to feel the discomfort?
In this episode, I give you three very specific steps to follow and questions you can ask yourself to figure out for yourself what this season means for you. Because what this season means for you may not be the same as what a similar season means for someone else.
And if you need someone to help you process through whatever this season is bringing up for you, to challenge you to be honest with yourself about where you are now and where you want to go, reach out to me. I can't give you the answers, but I can give you the tools to help you uncover them for yourself, and the accountability to keep showing up for the journey.
