Let's change the conversation about self care! Let's stop guilting ourselves into thinking we don't have the time or that we don't deserve to take time for ourselves! Yes, even as a single mom (and dare I say - ESPECIALLY as a single mom!) you not only DESERVE it, but you NEED it! Having a regular self care practice is so important, but social media can sometimes make us feel like a self care practice has to be something really elaborate. The reality is, even small, simple practices can make a huge difference!

Today, I'm sharing five simple self care practices that I've incorporated into my life that have allowed me to honor myself, quiet my mind, calm my nervous system, and tap into my creativity. Which has allowed me to show up in business, as a parent, and in my personal relationships as the best version of myself. It's given me more focus, more clarity, more peace, and more joy. These practices are easy to incorporate just as they are, or you can change them up to fit your routine and lifestyle. Or use them as inspiration to create your own practices.
