When starting something new, like building a business, some people really enjoy figuring out every little piece that goes into creating it and running it on a day to day basis. Some people like to understand everything that goes into it and enjoy having a hand in all the moving parts. For other people, though, this can feel overwhelming. Other people would rather just do the parts they enjoy and lean on others for the things they aren't excited about.
And both are ok. It's better to recognize which one you are and lean into that, rather than to trying and force yourself into doing things the way you see other people do them. If you're someone who enjoys figuring it all out, this can help you have awareness around the parts you do eventually want to hire out when your business gets too big and you need more help. And if you're someone who doesn't enjoy trying to figure out all the little pieces, you can lean on others to help you from the very beginning, which gives you more time to spend on the things you ARE passionate about.
