Today's episode is about perfectionism. So many of us struggle with perfectionist tendencies. It's the "all or nothing" mindset. The idea that, if it's not perfect, it's not good enough. And while there's something to be said for aspiring to do things well and for creating things that are high quality and for pushing for bigger goals, there's also a danger in getting too caught up in this mindset that everything needs to be perfect. So today I share two key tips around beating that perfectionist mindset, that sometimes we need to remind ourselves: 1. Done is better than perfect; and 2. Our journeys are about progress, not perfection.
