Today's episode is for anyone who struggles to allow themselves to feel difficult emotions. If you're someone who tries to push away or shove down uncomfortable emotions, this message and the process I share is for you. In this episode, I share something I learned recently about the process of acknowledging, feeling, processing, and releasing emotions. Because emotions need to be fully felt and allowed to move through our physical bodies in order to prevent them from getting stuck and causing us even more problems later.

The process I share involves four steps.

Step 1: Recognize the emotion and where it's showing up physically, and breathe into that space in your body for 90 seconds.

Step 2: After 90 seconds, ask yourself what triggered that emotion.

Step 3: Then ask yourself what that emotion is asking you to do.

Step 4: Once you know what that emotion is asking of you, decide on your next step.
