This week's episode concentrates on yoga and de-bunking the myths of yoga with guest speaker Sarsha from Yoga Movement Studio. Sarsha is a busy mum whose mission is to bring Yoga to everyone.
We talk about how yoga helps your mental health and can ground you with breathing exercises and being present.
I ask about sagging boobs and if face yoga does work! And who knew yoga is actually exercise.. everyone except me, apparently lol. I thought it was about meditation and putting yourself into dodgy positions and soz just for hippies (90's reference).
