We know, it's tempting to step in and help your team when they might be struggling, but it's important to let your team members learn from mistakes and decisions they make. Plus that's a lot of work on you if you have to make all their decisions for them. Eric & Riley know it's not easy because as leaders we know how to fix issues or solve bottlenecks but to challenge ourselves we have to give a little more leash and we might be pleasantly surprised but what our teams can do.
