The Minnesota State Fair attracts more than 2 million visitors each year and is the largest state fair in the country by daily attendance. We both have a unique perspective of the State Fair due to our work histories. It's safe to say we have been to the fair a lot more than the average Minnesotan.
One of the main draws of the fair each year is the food and many of our own personal memories of the fair are tied to something we ate there... often on a stick.
