Description

In this episode, we take an honest and careful look at some of the most common objections raised in Pentecostal salvation discussions. What about speaking in tongues as evidence? What about “repent and be baptized” language? What about verses that seem to connect salvation to specific outward acts?

Instead of reacting emotionally, we slow down and walk through Scripture in context. We examine the passages that are often used to support a formula-based view of salvation and compare them with the consistent teaching of the Epistles. When the whole counsel of God is considered, a clear pattern emerges: salvation is by grace through faith in Jesus Christ, and obedience flows from that faith, it does not create it.
