✨ Episode 2 Summary

In this episode, Danny reflects on how God sometimes has to cut away what’s no longer alive in our lives to make room for something new. Through the imagery of pruning and yardwork, we’re reminded that though cutting is painful, it’s also purposeful—and God’s goal is always fruitfulness, not loss. 🌳🙏

*Episode 2: Cutting Down What’s Dying

Key Verse: John 15:2 – “He cuts off every branch in me that bears no fruit, while every branch that does bear fruit He prunes so that it will be even more fruitful.”

Reflect & Discuss:

What’s something in your life that once brought joy but now feels lifeless?

How can you trust God more deeply during seasons of pruning?

What fruit has come from past seasons of loss or change?

Challenge:
Write down one area where you feel God may be pruning you. Pray over it daily this week, asking Him to give you peace and patience through the process.

Prayer:
“Lord, thank You for knowing what needs to be cut away and what needs to stay.
Help me to surrender to Your pruning process and to trust that You’re growing something beautiful, even when I can’t see it yet. Amen.”
