Paul Ferguson pleaded guilty to one count of first-degree child abuse. He testified against his mother Shanda Vander Ark at her trial last week as part of a plea deal with the prosecutor's office. Paul was accused of following orders to torture his teen brother, which ultimately led to his brother's death.
