This quote has been running through my mind. I’ve been meeting with a lot of women who are postponing their dreams.
I can’t commit to coaching now, they say, because:
☹ There’s too much chaos going on in the world.
☹ I’m overwhelmed at work and I don’t have time.
☹ The economy is bad, and I’m afraid to invest in myself.
On the one hand, this all makes perfect sense.
When you’re in survival mode, investing in growth seems like a terrible idea.
On the other hand, I’m not convinced that postponing personal growth is a good idea.
