As I drive through the mountains, I talk about the fires that swept through this area a few years ago and the mudslides that followed — including the spots where mud came right up to the K-rails and even trapped a truck. It’s a reminder of how quickly life can change, and how important it is to stay alert to what God is teaching us.
During the drive, I also mention Grace Abounding to the Chief of Sinners — not a biography, but John Bunyan’s own autobiography. If you’ve never read it, I encourage you to. Bunyan shares honestly about his sinful life of cursing and rebellion before Christ saved him. His story is raw, powerful, and shows how deeply the Lord can transform someone who thinks they’re too far gone.
You’ll also hear a little about farmers' markets, memories from past visits, a quick homemade salsa recipe, and how I use these recordings for both video and podcast to reach more people with God’s truth.
