How to improve at being calm, cool, and collected:


  1. Plan it out. Find what unsettles you and make a plan to improve.

  2. Do one thing at a time. We either freeze, or try to do everything. The best strategy is tackling one thing at a time.

  3. Be Like a Duck. You'll just have to listen for this explanation.

  4. Reflect & repeat. Think over what unsettles you and why. Ask yourself hard questions and then go back to step one.

  1. Get a good nights sleep. You need more sleep than you get!
  2. Have a morning & evening routine!
  3. Be kind to yourself. It's a process.
