In Aaron's words: The "remodeling" distinction is an important one to make because I have abundant experience fixing other installers' bad jobs and seeing what didn't work, not doing the original (new construction) install that caused the problem. We're factory certified by GAF and Certainteed to offer extended warranties on their products and we always meet or exceed manufacturer installation specs and building codes. All of our work to this point has been from referrals, not advertising. My philosophy is, as cliched as it sounds, to just do it right. In the long run, sacrificing a few dollars today is worth ensuring the longevity of the installation. I believe it IS possible to install a 30-year roof that requires no maintenance and we strive to do just that, every day. It's why we're the roofer of choice to those in the know.
