We discussed her experience studying abroad and what ultimately brought her to Switzerland, the work she does through her company, Foster Inclusion and her advice to new businesses hoping to consider D&I from the start of their journey. Nat shares her recent experience of a racist encounter with a beauty shop and gets Saidah's perspective on the story.
