Jim Scartz is a local community leader who is dedicated to getting underserved kids through school to get a paycheck. Jim Scartz discusses the Rotary Club of Naples Learn2Earn Scholarship Program. The Learn2Earn program’s mission is to guide and provide resources to Collier County residents with financial need seeking vocational-technical, occupational training or academic education. The program focuses on people who are likely to be unaware, underserved, and unrecognized but who demonstrate great potential for completing the program. The ultimate goal of the program is to provide the student with a chance to earn a paycheck to provide for themselves and their families, hence the name, Learn2earn.
