We see tons of video all over which is great but we're going to talk about some of the movements we like, repetitions to use for gains in strength and size and of course the Mind Game!We jump right into some of our favorite pushing movements! Pressing to me is still the King when it comes to working the body from Head to Toe. I know people will argue the Squat and the Deadlift which I agree that it works from the Head to Toe also but the one big difference is clean from the ground to the shoulders and then stabilizing the body to put the object overhead! That takes raw power! We also talk about pressing dumbbells and how, the traditional Bench Press and the Floor Press. Two of our favorites are the Log Press and Stone Press! Just brutal ways to reach your Potential! We make mention to our training with low reps and mid-range repetitions which you'll learn to coincide with how we rotate the exercises! Lots of material here to really think about!Now let's get right into some of our favorite pulling movements! The Deadlift will always be the King movement for pulling. We talk about pulling movements with different leverages and angles to mix this lift up especially emphasizing the overload principle. It doesn't end with the Deadlift. We talk about the Trap Bar Deadlift, Bent Rowing, Dumbbell Rows with different sized handles, Stone Rowing, Pullovers and much more. We even talk about the Bicep which is so overlooked when building these big lifts until a tear happens. Eric and Will have both been there. Our Pulling movements run the same repetition scheme as our Pushing Movements. We keep them low to mid-range and rotate the lifts. Our Podcast Titled Push and Pull will definitely give you lots of ideas on how to put a program together to enhance your training goals. One point that can never be overlooked in your Mind Game. Without having clear goals and the confidence and desire to see it through your going to experience very little success and lots of doubt within yourself. This is hardly the end of the world by any means but you'll need to search for the answers and begin to get into the gym and meet failure. Remember failure is just Another opportunity!
