Whether you have struggled with infertility or not, it can be a tough subject to talk about. In this episode, we discuss all the reasons infertility is stressful for the couple in the middle of it and what not to say to someone experiencing it.
We talk to Lindsay Fischer, twin mom to IVF babes, Josefina and Luke; a two time best-selling and award-winning author; and an after-trauma thriver, as both a domestic violence and infertility survivor. Lindsay left the classroom where she worked as a high school English teacher after writing her first book and has since built a platform to educate and empower women when trauma strikes. With a healthy mix of self-care and trauma therapy, she’s completely revamped her life into something purpose-filled. Lindsay is the Principal and co-Founder of InfertileAF, LLC, a company designed to help women see beyond their reproductive limitations, and is one of two writers at her new blog, ComplicatedMommies.com, where nobody shies away from the hard truths of parenting.
You can find Lindsay on Instagram. The InfertileAF community is on Instagram and Facebook.
