In order to move forward in life and accomplish things, you have to come to some sort of agreement with yourself. That agreement is that you are willing to get out of your comfort zone, daily. We can't just coast through life and expect positive outcomes. You must prioritize yourself, schedule things to keep you consistent and be bought into the idea that you will grow from being comfortable with the uncomfortable.
