SLO Restaurant Month may have wrapped up, but the celebration of local food never stops! In this episode of SLO Delicious, we reflect on the incredible flavors and stories behind two standout restaurants in San Luis Obispo: Black Sheep and Café Roma.

First, we chat with Myriam from Black Sheep, a gastropub that has become a beloved staple in SLO. She shares the restaurant’s history, how it has evolved over the years, and her philosophy on crafting a great food-and-drink experience.
