Welcome back, everyone, to another edition of Total Rally Nation!  We're excited to have you back and if you are a new listener, welcome!  Today, we're talking about breathing and in particular breaking through plateaus and breathing well.  We'll give you some actionable things to do in regards to cool downs, workouts, recovery, and active recovery days.  Breathing is an under served strategy that not enough people pay attention to during their workouts and we wanted to bring some of these things to your attention!
