Elise Niu is an entrepreneur, multiple business owner and an online health & fitness trainer.
We discussed the impact of the New Zealand Government introducing vaccine mandates on businesses, in particular on gyms, on trainers and clients, who choose not to vaccinate, as gyms are a place to build strength and well-being.
We also talked about how these mandates are causing segregation and discrimination, the impact of not being able to touch other people for hugs and high fives. The healing that comes from sharing our story in Real Talk and listening to other’s stories, not running away from challenges in our lives and how setting priorities helps our mental well-being.
