Good news because in this episode we get to see Mr. Spock . . . ‘s dad. That’s right! It’s Sarek! And he’s back on his final diplomatic mission, a treaty with a mysterious race called the Legarans. The situation is oh so delicate with no room for error which is why the Federation is counting on this legendary Vulcan. But there’s a problem. Sarek just ain’t right, his two hundred year old brain has gone all wickity wack and he’s emitting all sorts of bad vibes causing tempers to flare around the Enterprise. Can Picard get everyone to chill in time to save the treaty? Will Wes and Geordi throw hands? Will anyone climb into the Gatorade sauna?
