Mike Waters is the Founder of Phase 1 Sports performance and training complex. Phase 1 sports was founded in 2003 as a go-to spot for young athletes to get ahead of the game. Over the last 17 years Phase 1 has assisted in putting many young athletes in college, and even the NFL. Outside of traditional performance based coaching and training Phase 1 offers their owns sports academy. This accredited academy supports athletes in educational and athletic disciplines, offering online education and in-person training regiments.

Mike Waters graduated from UNLV with a degree in Marketing and played Running Back for the Running Rebels. Upon graduated Mike immediately set out on his mission to build Phase 1 into LAs Vegas' state of the art training facility. His last 17 years has been full of ups and downs, almost losing everything on multiple occasions.
