The Deacons sat down with the Executive Director of the AMEN House, Michelle Carlisle, and Larry Oser to talk about all things related to the AMEN House and the need for food and support for families in our community. We learned a lot during our discussion about hunger and the need for food in Scott County. There are about 6000 people who have a need for food assistance in Scott County. Currently, only about 4000 of those folks are being served. Listen to our discussion and see how you can contribute to helping eliminate hunger in Scott County.
