Some of the ideas include understanding and allowing our emotions, and not trying to resist, avoid, or "fix" our emotions. Becoming aware that there are some emotions that get us stuck. When we are willing to feel in the future and create our emotions on purpose, we get to see life from a new perspective, and we get to be all in.
