Just recently I was in a text conversation, and realized how quick I wanted  to quit on something that seemed “too hard” for me. This episode was as much for me and it is for you.

We all have human brains that give us thoughts (a.k.a. excuses) that sound so believable and real. When we pull back our plethora of thoughts, we begin to notice they are a disguised thought trying to keep us out of fear and uncertainty.
