I share a fun little exercise. Write down 25 things that you want. Then look at the list and see if anything on the list is something you already have. If not write down 25 things you WANT that you have.
Write down all the details that helps you want the thing you have, and do that for every item on your list.
I share a few examples of some of the things I want.
I also talk about how the movie Clouds really helped me view my life, and how it inspired me to live an abundant life with the time I have.
If you listen to this during the thanksgiving week, this will probaly be easier to do then other times of the year. Regardless, try this exercise, and then assess how you feel after doing it.
I talk about a little oberservation you can make. Watch what happens from Thanksgiving Day to Black Friday. When we flip from all the abundance we have to all the things we need. Interesting to notice how we feel inside, and what diiferent feelings we experience.
