1- separate out what you can control (thoughts, attitude, and action), and what you can not control ( weather, people, sickness, and death)
2- Find mantras of ways to stay as calm and as positifve as possible
3- Watch the meaning you are adding to the adventure. What story are you telling.
A story that will help you move forward or a story that will keep up stuck.
