As Andrea and I are basking in the Florida sun, sorry to rub it in, it got us thinking that it would probably be good to talk about how to keep your healthy habits going while on vacation. 

Because lets be honest. We have all been there, you go way of the reservation with your eating, coupled with higher than normal alcohol intake and less moving and bam! You come back from vacation feeling worse than you did when you left.
