All of us will eventually have to confront the challenge of reopening or seeing patients while still dealing with the Coronavirus pandemic. There's a lot of uncertainty about how to best serve our patients in this time. We need a thoughtful process to balance our responsibilities to our patients, our staff and our community.
In a special Coronavirus edition of the podcast, we discuss the challenges of re-opening and our thought process for when is the right time. We cover how to ask your patients whether they are ready to come back, getting buy-in from the staff, developing safety procedures, and what we're doing with the money from our Paycheck Protection Program loan.
Whether you're an owner or an employee, we hope this will give you some insight into our thought process during this time and the challenges we are all facing together with in-person treatment.
State of Pelvic Health in Coronavirus Survey
In the episode we mention a survey we sent out to better understand the state of our field during this time. We've already gotten more than 150 responses, and will be sharing the results with you once they all come in, but if you haven't yet, we would love if you could take a few minutes to fill it out here: State of Pelvic PT Survey.
