Description

Are you skipping over evaluating and treating the ischiorectal fossa (IRF)?  It's often a major driver of symptoms and an issue in almost all patients.

We start with an anatomy review - you know anatomy is evidence! - and why the ischiorectal fossa is so important.  Then we'll talk about how to evaluate and treat the tissue.

Externally I think this is probably one of the most important areas to be looking and often gives the biggest 'bang for your buck' with treatment.  Yet many of the out of town patients who come to PelvicSanity have never had this area extensively treated and cleared of inflammation and dysfunction.

Enjoy the 'sode, and your challenge - assess and treat the IRF for all of your patients this week!
