In the last episode, we went through an overview of the different types of business structures in pelvic PT - here, we pull back the curtain on why we decided to go cash-based for PelvicSanity.
We go through what a 'cash-based' practice truly means, what it looks like in the day-to-day and how we believe it's the best option for our patients. There's no one 'right' answer on how to structure a business, but we hope this gives you an insight into our reasoning.
The cash-based model offers some unique benefits for patients, employees and businesses, and we think it's well-suited to pelvic health.
