Last year I realized I was wasting so much time on social media. I knew I needed to limit my usage, so I decided to deplete my time on Twitter and Snapchat.
I knew if I just deleted them, I would miss them and re-download them back to my phone, destroying all progress I was making. Doing these 4 steps allowed me to ween myself off of them.
Now I never think about getting on these apps! (Okay, maybe once a week 😂) The book Atomic habits by Jane’s clear taught me so much about how to break bad habits and how to form better ones.
If you want to make a change this year, start with your daily habits, and go from there!
