The most common mistake to beginners trying to lose weight, hit the gym more, build better habits, or just trying to boost their confidence through physical activity.   

The success cycle  action goes like this 

POTENTIAL     ➡️         ACTION

          ⬆️                                       ⬇️

CERTAINTY     ⬅️        RESULTS 

It starts with potential. Seeing others get results or get where you want to go - also knows as the Bannister Effect (the guy who was the first to run a sub 4 minute mile). Action is next. This where most people fuck up. Action means putting skin in the game. Building a strategy, investing in help, making sacrifices, building habits worth building and getting rid of poor ones. Once enough action is taken, you start to see results. Once you see results, your certainty that you can change your body and mind gets stronger, and you see yourself having more potential.
