Compass Tenders is an expression of owner & CEO Richard Faulkner’s lifelong passion for boats and the sea. What started 30 years ago as a small yacht building and repair premises on the River Hamble in the UK, is now a facility encompassing in excess of 25,000 square feet, and a company which employs a highly-skilled workforce of over 90 people.
Since Compass Tenders was formed, Richard and his team have worked with many world renowned designers, captains and build managers, each of whom have called upon Compass Tenders’ expertise and technical resources to build tenders for their owners and clients. The company has now constructed and delivered over forty bespoke, custom-build tenders, for a wide spectrum of uses.
