Josh Waitzkin's new book "The Art of Learning" teaches what it takes to become a world champion. Josh was the national or world champion for his age group in chess for over a decade, and was the subject of the popular Hollywood film "Searching for Bobby Fisher." After he quit competitive chess, he started studying martial arts, and a few years later was declared world champion in Tai Chi Chuan.
He teaches how dangerous it can be to get stuck in a downward spiral, and I teach the ancient Hawaii'n healing art of Ho'oponopono to help you break free from that downward spiral before it begins.
