Why is it that some people seem to have everything put together?
What's up with these people?
They are smart, they exercise exactly when they say they will, they eat the way they choose to eat, and they are able to focus when they want to focus.
How do you become the person you want to be?
Do you think they want success more than you? That they have more will power? That they care more than you?
The truth is people who are able to accomplish great things in life do not have more will power than you, instead they leverage habit, routines, and triggers in their lives to automate successful behavior.
