Description

Hey there, folks!

In this week's episode/podcast I talk about why journaling is so important for our mental and physical health as humans.

I share some of my experiences with it and highlight the benefits I've received from doing it on a consistent basis.

In my opinion, I believe it is one of the best habits you could ever form.

For me, the benefits are pretty clear: reduction in stress, less brain fog, enhanced creative thinking/problem solving, better social skills, and having a safe space where all of my deepest, darkest thoughts can come alive on paper.

Unfortunately, the video got cut short while I was recording. If you liked what I was saying and want to hear the rest of the episode, head on over to the Apple podcasts app, Spotify, or wherever you get your podcasts nowadays and search, "Nurture the Mind."

Thanks for the support, share the video, and I'll see you guys next week.
