It's been awhile since I made an actual video/podcast! 

That changes this week!

For the entire month of August I wanted to place a challenge on myself and see if I could pull through.

The challenge was to do 1,000 push ups and stretch everyday for 10 to 15 minutes.

In this video I go over 5 key benefits I experienced as a result of doing the challenge.
