Ever hit a wall and just had to stop? Yep, we all have. When you work too hard, for too long, it's only a matter of time before you burn out.
Burn out can take a lot of shapes: exhaustion, depression, a lack of passion or motivation, you name it. But there is no denying that it exists.
Unfortunately, for small businesses (or even worse, solo artists) burnout can be disastrous. If you're a band of 4 members and someone burnouts, you just lost 25% of your operating power. The ship won't last long at that rate, especially when you consider how the added pressure of missing a team mate is bound to lead to the remaining members burning out themselves!
So that's why we decided to make these episodes so we could discuss both preventive and reactive ways of dealing with burnout.

In this episode you'll learn:
This is part one (of two) on this topic, and we will be back next week with more! This episode focused on the preventative methods, where the coming episode will focus on how to get yourself out of burnout if you're all ready there.
